Objective of the foundation

The foundation is dedicated to providing humanitarian aid to people in need worldwide, in particular victims of wars, natural disasters, oppression or occupation, poverty, and famine. We carry out and support projects together with volunteers and partners in areas such as emergency relief, orphan care, water, healthcare, education, food security, and sustainability.

Board and remuneration

The board currently comprises: Chairman Ali Houri, Treasurer Said Belkadim, and Secretary Ismael Zoubair. Board members and volunteers do not receive any salary. Only reasonable expenses incurred for official foundation activities may be reimbursed, in accordance with the foundation’s internal rules.

As an ANBI we comply with transparency obligations. Donations and tax deduction (Netherlands)

For private and business donors resident or established in the Netherlands, gifts to an ANBI may be tax-deductible under the rules of the Belastingdienst, including annual thresholds and substantiation requirements. This applies to donations from 7 March 2023 onwards. We recommend that you verify current thresholds (for example the minimum gift per year for individuals) with the tax authorities or your adviser.
